Have you been out 'RAD RIDING' in your garden lately? or perhaps you are limited to your bedroom now that you live in a flat?
amd this was taken in your back garden? thats where you do most of your riding right? 
the seat post was a commencal one. if you contact them im sure they can help. pretty sure it was a 1.5 head tube as it cam with a reducer to use 1 1/8 forks if necessary.
